How to diagnose congenital and acquired porto-systemic shunts and how to differentiate them from other vascular anomalies

 

Dear colleague, 

Thank you for joining the Advanced Vascular Ultrasound course. These lectures are meant to give you confidence in the ultrasound anatomy of the major abdominal vessels. The second goal is to be able to diagnose abdominal vascular anomalies. Before starting, please review the Basic Knowledge to Perform an Ultrasonographic Examination if you need more confidence in ultrasound physics and artefacts.

 

This course is structured into 18 lessons, combining both theoretical concepts and clinical case studies. Each lesson is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of vascular ultrasound and is followed by a set of questions to test your knowledge and confirm you’ve fully understood the material.
